My name is Adam and I am The Roadside Gourmet. Cooking great food and showing other people how to do it have been life long passions of mine. In 2014 I sold everything and moved to Nicaragua where I rediscovered my love of creating food with simple, fresh ingredients. While there, I started a Private Chef service called "In Your Home Dining" as a hobby. That hobby not only sustained my lifestyle but also spun into weekly cooking classes with the local ex-pat community. When I returned to Canada I continued to cook for family and friends but the desire to share my experiences and cooking ideas was always there. "The Roadside Gourmet" is the outlet for my love of simple cooking and adventure.

I originally started the Roadside Gourmet because I love to travel by motorcycle and cook my meals rustically. That has evolved into what you see today, a simple yet elegant combination of gourmet dining and cannabis infusions.
We strive to blend the worlds of fine dining and cannabis by treating each element of our meals with love and respect. Our goal is to create unique and beautiful dishes that will wow our guests and inspire them to push their own cooking to new levels.
Dining with us is an event... we prepare and cook every element of your meal mere feet away from you. We walk you through the process and explain every step of your meal. We also take the time to explain how we create our cannabis infusions from extraction of THC to usages.
